My Beastly Cat

My cat is big and furry,
playful but insane
'cause of his misbehavior,
his whiskers turning gray.
Tomorrow for his Birthday
I'll fix the tuna fish,
then take my brute to grooming
and buy a brighter leash.
I adore his purring
but chase him off my head,
he snores and loves to cuddle
on a cozy bed.
I'll watch him blowing candles
off a chocolate wrap,
knowing he can handle,
His prize in a mouse trap!
