Help!

The hurricane season
dashed early this year;
the “Change” slithered
and poisoned the air.
The markets dropped,
Most labor's laid off,
The rest was leveled
by an embezzler Madoff.
Shops out of business,
Banks out of cash,
Cars out of diesel,
Pipes out of ash.
Everyone's wired
The fear consumes;
The Feds are lying –
you sneeze, you lose.
No sellers, no buyers,
unless for the booze.
With fiscal crisis –
Economy bruised.
The policy makers –
new bumps on the head;
with higher taxes
the rich screech for help.
You'll see more boxes
with tramps inside;
How to crack this ruse;
Can someone advise?
